My Name is Chef Sara Fitzpatrick
I have a passion for making beautiful food using fresh herbs and seasonal flavors. I trained in classical French cuisine at Le Cordon Blue in Chicago, IL. I have over 15 years of Chef experience creating culinary dishes that cater to anyone's tastes and dietary restrictions. I work closely with clients to ensure that the food for their events is a unforgettable experience tailored to their unique tastes.
In November 2025, I opened Chef Sara's Table, a bistro in downtown LaSalle, IL, specializing in fresh, grab-and-go soups, salads, sandwiches, gluten free options, and more.

Catering + Personal Chef Service
HOW IT ALL COMES TOGETHER
Give me a call and let's pick a date! I do charge a $100, nonrefundable reservation and consultation fee. This is to accommodate the Chef coming to your home or event site to talk about your menu, see the necessities of the venue and determine if it requires extra equipment. The collaboration of your menu is ongoing until the date of service. Some clients may like to add or modify items closer to the event. You have creative access to change anything you like until after the date of service. A final head count is required four days prior to the event to adjust quantities. The pricing is determined by market price of ingredients and pairings decided in a customized menu. The client is responsible for the food cost of ingredients but not small expenses, for example: sugar, salt, oil, flour, etc. All food purchased is presented with receipts. The client is also required to sign a contract of service after the first consultation.
